Grateful 44:366

Today I am grateful for...
A good night's sleep in spite of a cold. 
Completing parkrun 2 seconds faster than last week. 
Cold and flu tablets. 
Walking in the Peak District. 
Laughing at Mimì and Catarella in The Young Montalbano with John and Jude.
